Bird's Eye Garlic Chicken Complete Meal Review



It's winter time, when the cold, snow, and dark gray days can really get to you. If you do nothing to help get through the the season, you may find yourself dealing with the "winter blues," which is sometimes called Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD. There are many good ways you can help keep sad feelings at bay - some of the top tips are to get out and get active, watch what you eat, and to get connected.

Everyone loves chicken fingers and here is a fantastically quick recipe that does not involve frying. First cut up chicken alfredo lasagna breast pieces into long nuggets. Then dip the raw chicken into beaten egg yolks until they are fully coated. Next, place the egg-drenched nuggets into breadcrumbs (the store-bought brands are great). Lastly, place the chicken in a greased pan which goes into the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or cook on grill.

Meal prices run $8.95 and up. Their selection of appetizers, soups, salads, fresh fish, steak, chicken and pasta while have something for everyone in your group. I highly recommend the calamari.

The bad news is the slow cooker chicken is batter fried and the sweetness is due to a big dose of sugar. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend eating this meal too often if you don't want your waistline to expand.

Add lots of vegetables - vegetables are essential in the Paleo diet and with every other diet there is. We need vegetables. It has been reiterated over and over how important vegetables in the diet are ever since we were small. It will provide the body with vitamins and nutrients to keep us healthy and it will also keep illnesses and diseases away. Plus, it adds color to a dish so play it up to make your meal look more appetizing.
